Allspeeds Strengthens New Business Development Team

Allspeeds has appointed David Wilson as Business Development Manager for the company’s industry leading Webtool subsea cutting tools and Tangye hydraulic jacks and pumps. Based at the Allspeeds production facility in Accrington, Lancashire, he will be responsible for market developments in the UK, Europe, APAC and Middle East.

Formerly sales manager for Marine Products at Balmoral Group, David has over 30 years’ experience in an engineering focussed environment, encompassing a range of onshore and offshore industries. In addition to subsea oil and gas, he will lead the company’s expansion into the offshore wind, rail, and decommissioning markets.

“Allspeeds has seen increasing demand for our Webtool and Tangye products in new markets over the past two years,” says Keith Elliot, managing director, Allspeeds. “We believe David has the experience and skills we need to grow sales in these markets.”

Allspeeds has over 150 years’ experience in the design and manufacture of hydraulic equipment. It manufactures a range of well-known industry brands including Webtool hydraulic cutters and systems, Tangye hydraulic lifting jacks and hydrostatic test pumps, Millingford sucker rod pumps, Kopp variable speed drives and Blake Hydram water pumps.
