TANGYE TRAINING

To complement our range of jacks, Tangye offer Service Training sessions, which are tailored to suit your requirements.

One of our qualified Service Instructors will provide the training at your premises. All participants receive a certificate at the end of the training session.

A typical Service Training Course contains the following:

Introduction

Safety – this covers all aspects of the safe use, care, testing and repair of hydraulic equipment.

Principles of Hydraulics – the theory provides a basic knowledge to the participants of how hydraulics works and how it applies to the equipment being used.

A. Hydralite Theory – this includes a detailed discussion on the Hydralite range of jacks including all aspects of inspecting the unit to be repaired, checking for faults, stripping, re-assembling the unit and testing procedures.

B. Hydralite Practical – this is a ‘hands on’ session where the theory is put into practice.

Parts A and B are repeated for the Hydramite, Hydraclaw and Hydrapak with slight modifications depending on the product.
