Tangye Hydralite

The Hydralite is the most popular out of the Tangye jacks as we have models that have a capacity to lift 20 to 100 tonnes.

The Hydralite has the following features:

  • Versatile – different stroke options, claw lift, screwed ram or plain ram
  • Low Clearance – claw models are available for lifting loads with low ground clearance
  • Load Sustaining – jacks with a screwed ram and load retaining ring should be selected when loads are to be sustained for a significant time
  • Easy Operation – the operating lever can be fitted in any one of the three positions in the quadrant to obtain the most suitable operating height

Tangye Hydralite's Accessories

Bellows

Using Hydralites in adverse working conditions where they are subjected to dust, grit or weld spatter, can cause damage to the ram and liner. Fitting bellows to these parts protects the Hydralite and therefore extends the working life.

Gauges

Pressure gauges calibrated in tonnes can be fitted to the Hydralite range. It is then possible to assess the load applied to the jack during operation. It can also be used as a weighing device.
