What’s the order process?
 
A.

Once we have received your enquiry one of our Sales Representatives will contact you to discuss your requirements further. This will enable us to make sure that you have the correct equipment for the job. We will then process your order.

 
Q.
When can I expect delivery? What are the delivery charges?
 
A.

The prices quoted do not include delivery. The delivery charge is based on the weight of the goods and the value of your order. We aim to deliver your goods within 3-5 working days providing payment has been received and our account credited.

Please Note: Commercial Vehicle goods are despatched flat packed and will require assembling.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit and debit cards – Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Switch and Solo. We also accept cheques made payable to Allspeeds Ltd.

For credit and debit card payments we use an internet based card payment service provided by Barclaycard Business. Card information is transmitted over the internet in an encrypted form.

We reserve the right to change the price due to market conditions but we will confirm the price with you before accepting the order.

What’s the availability?
 
A.

We attempt to hold sufficient stock at all times but sometimes we are caught short! Our Sales Representatives will inform you when placing the order if your required item(s) are in stock.

Will I receive an invoice?
 
A.

You will receive a VAT invoice with your delivery.

 
Q.
Do Allspeeds manufacture all of the products it sells?
 
A.

Yes, we do (unless stated otherwise). All items are designed and manufactured here in Accrington, UK.
